Here we publish communications of the BHC to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe - the body in charge of monitoring the execution of the judgements of the European Court of Human Rights. The communications include an up-to-date assessment of the implementation of the pilot judgement in the case of Neshkov and other ECtHR rulings in the field of places of detention. BHC’s reports submitted to other key international bodies - the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and the UN Committee against Torture - will be published here as well.
